- Handmade products don't have a machine-made finish, human imperfections in the handmade products are not categorized as defects. We embrace them and support our artisans.

- For domestic orders, we charge Rs. 250 for exchange handling and arrange a reverse pick-up of the product.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange and/or returns.

- Shipping charges within India are included in the prices. For International orders, we charge flat Rs. 2500, irrespective of the country or the number of artivles.

We use best-in-class camera for photography. All product pictures are clicked in natural light so that the pictures are as close to reality as possible. Despite best efforts, camera cannot capture the perspective of the human eye and some differences are unavoidable. Some colors may tend to look brighter or dull in photos owing to the variabilities of the camera lens or the viewer's mobile screen/monitor.
