EXCHANGE POLICY

• Handmade products don't have a machine-made finish, human imperfections in the handmade products are not categorized as defects. We embrace them and support our artisans.
• We have an exchange policy. You can exchange the product by placing the exchange request within 48hrs of receiving the product. You can email us at support@masakalee.com/whatsapp us at +919867842296/direct message us on Instagram. We allow one exchange request per order.
• For domestic orders, we charge Rs. 250 for exchange handling and arrange a reverse pick-up of the product.
• International orders are not eligible for exchange and/or returns.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Shipping charges within India are included in the prices. For International orders, we charge flat Rs. 2500, irrespective of the country or the number of artivles.
• Shipping charges a non-refundable.
• Orders within India are delivered within 2-5 working days. International orders are delivered within 7-10days.

Photography & Colors

We use best-in-class camera for photography. All product pictures are clicked in natural light so that the pictures are as close to reality as possible. Despite best efforts, camera cannot capture the perspective of the human eye and some differences are unavoidable. Some colors may tend to look brighter or dull in photos owing to the variabilities of the camera lens or the viewer's mobile screen/monitor.

We constantly strive to deliver on our promise and have a rigorous selection and quality check process in place. Having said that, we are open to extending full refund or exchange, in case of a genuine product defects.

Most of our products are hand-crafted and may have slight human imperfections in color, motifs & texture. We embrace these human imperfections and don't categorize these as defects and penalize our artisans for these true hallmarks of human touch.
