- Handmade products don't have a machine-made finish, human imperfections in the handmade products are not categorized as defects. We embrace them and support our artisans.

- For domestic orders, we charge Rs. 250 for exchange handling and arrange a reverse pick-up of the product.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange and/or returns.

- Shipping charges within India are included in the prices. For International orders, we charge flat Rs. 2500, irrespective of the country or the number of artivles.

We use best-in-class camera for photography. All product pictures are clicked in natural light so that the pictures are as close to reality as possible.
